With over 25 years in healthcare, Brian brings extensive operational leadership and a commitment to patient-centered care. He has served as Vice President for a leading hospice company and held roles as Chief Operating Officer and Director of Campus Operations in South Carolina’s largest healthcare system, with a strong focus on patient satisfaction and compassionate care. Brian’s leadership emphasizes collaboration with physicians and clinicians, prioritizing patients and family support to enhance the care experience. Driven by a passion for excellence, he is dedicated to continuous improvement and positively impacting the lives of those he serves.

Cathy Priddy, Director of Clinical Services at Serenity Hospice, brings 29 years of experience in Home Health and Hospice, including 14 years as a healthcare educator and 8 years in executive leadership. Known for fostering high-performing teams, she is dedicated to quality care, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence. Cathy is actively involved in her community, participating in medical missions and serving as a youth leader. She holds a nursing degree from Gardner-Webb University and is pursuing a degree in Healthcare Business Administration. Cathy and her husband Daniel, married for 32 years, have two children and one grandchild.
Director of Clinical Services
As the Bereavement Officer and Chaplain at Serenity Hospice, Richard is dedicated to providing compassionate support to families and loved ones during their journey of loss. With a background in grief counseling and spiritual care, Richard combines empathy and expertise to help families find comfort and resilience. His dual role as a chaplain allows him to offer both emotional and spiritual guidance, as well as grief resources and support groups tailored to individual needs. Committed to making a positive impact, Richard works closely with staff and the community to ensure a comprehensive support system for those in need.
Bereavement Officer/Chaplain
